Today's WOD: Helen 400 Meter Run 1.5 pood Kettle bell Swings x21 12 Pull Ups 3 Rounds for time... Today's time 12:24 Rx'd I felt good this morning, after a miserable wod yesterday. I nearly puked after eating too much prior to the gym.
